Perform electrical engineering activities for design/construction of electrical substations/transmission lines using AutoCad 2005/2006, PLSCAD, and STRUDL software. Perform engineering calculations/create design drawings, including: transmission line plan/profile, substation structure foundations/detailed design, and substation plan/details. Coordinate design issues; provide engineering specs for equipment procurement; review vendor submittals.

Requirements: M.S. in Electrical/Electric Power Eng. or B.S. w/ 5 yrs. exp. design of transmission level substations, aerial transmission lines, or transmission level substations. E-mail resumes to klasher@msepower.com.
