Lemnis introduced the first LED light bulb for the direct replacement of incandescent lamps in November 2006. Pharox LED Lamp is one such lamp, offered by CG under brand name CG-Lemnis, in India.

CG also developed a direct retrofit LED Lamp `Cromstar` that can replace MR16 Halogen lamp.
